First: Exchange and Return Policy
1. The return and exchange request should be submitted within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. To accept the return request, the product must be in its original packaging and in its first condition and has not been used or tampered with.
3. The purchase invoice and all original documents must be attached.
4. The customer bears all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, unless the error is caused by the store.
5. In the event that the order is cancelled after shipping, the customer is obligated to cover all shipping costs and return fees (if any).
6. In the event that the product is damaged, a photo of the product while in its original packaging must be sent by the customer, with all product data and the type of damage observed in it within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Second: Refund Period
1. The condition of the product is reviewed and its compliance with its prescribed conditions is verified within 3 working days of its receipt.

2. Products specially manufactured according to the customer's specifications.
